DR. NARENDRA KUMAR has done his post garaduation  M.S.in orthopaedics from GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE BHOPAL in the year 1989. He has worked as senior registar in ortho at KOVAI MEDICAL  CENTER COIMBATORE for two years from 1990 to 1993 . He has had vast exposure to modern orthopedic surgeries while working at KOVAI Medical Center . He has worked with world renowned surgeons in the field of Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy, Modern trauma systems and Spinal surgery.

He has worked as chief consultant orthopedics at Meenakshi Mission Hospital at Madurai from 1993 till 1994. Since 1994 he has been in private practice at Bhopal.

 He has to his credit of introducing the Technique of CLOSED INTERLOCKING NAILING of long bone fractures in the city of Bhopal in 1994. He was the first surgeon to perform TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY in private sector in Bhopal in Besides attending many advanced courses on ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY And JOINT REPLCEMENTS  he has presented many papers in state and other conferences. At present he is heading the ORTHOPERDIC AND TRAUMATOLOGY  unit at CHIRAYU HOSPITAL .This unit has distinct recognition of starting the first REPLANTATION AND MICROVACSULAR SURGERY UNIT where team of surgeons have successfully replanted amputated extremities in more than twenty cases so far.He is currently doing all procedures in orthopedic field.
